While the majesty of our temperate rainforests are certainly in their soaring canopies, the lush ecosystems which support them are underfoot and all around. Leaves and organic matter gather in gorgeous complex layers in the cycle of rebirth and renewal while forests practice recycling on a level we can hardly imagine.
Our Lamina earrings are named for the botanical term for a leaf blade, and celebrate the natural process which leave a leaf's structural latticework exposed. These gorgeous structures are normally hidden, but the forest floor grants us a glimpse if we know where to look.
